Saw: A little compliment from the bus stop bench at Broadway & Ardmore
Heard: Two friends gossiping: “The fact that you have parents that pay for anything, like wh-at? WHAT??” This last squawked word Dopplered into my ear as they walked by.
Smelled: The rich green of a neighbor’s garden, still fragrant and lush.
Tasted: A cherry tomato from a plant on Berwyn & Glenwood that was reaching through a fence to spill its beautiful abundance out onto the sidewalk.
Touched: The cool air of changing seasons ✨
